We assist organizations in minimizing technology adoption costs by implementing modern, efficient solutions. Our core offerings include integration, implementation, and training for Freshworks, Zoho, and Zendesk products. Additionally, we provide custom app development to integrate tech stacks seamlessly with these platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js .
  • Architect and implement efficient data models using PostgreSQL and Supabase .
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance system capabilities.
  • Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
  • Implement caching strategies using Redis for speed and scalability.
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, and scaling using AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration across all layers.
  • Contribute to solution design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
  • Ensure best practices in security, error handling, logging, and performance monitoring.

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL — including schema design, stored procedures, and optimization.
  • Experience with Supabase (authentication, APIs, and storage).
  • Familiarity with Redis for caching, session management, and pub / sub.
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Good understanding of solution architecture , API design , and microservice patterns .
  • Proficient with Git and CI / CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of security best practices , data validation , and error handling .
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with a deep understanding of type safety, interfaces, and modern JavaScript patterns.

    • Good to Have

  • Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets .
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to message queues (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit / integration tests.
  • Basic understanding of frontend integration with React / Next.js.
