Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for support-related activities for assigned systems.
- Perform technical administrative tasks such as scripting, patch deployment, backups, rollbacks, and user management.
- Ensure adherence to information security standards and internal processes.
- Manage and deploy system enhancements effectively with coordination from vendors.
- Escalate and seek approvals for any deviations from established processes.
- Educate stakeholders on the importance of reducing major technology errors.
- Optimize resource utilization across platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed project and system documentation.
- Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to KPIs, maintaining data hygiene and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with all stakeholders.
