We are looking for a bilingual
Customer Service Representative
fluent in
German and English , with a minimum
B2 certification from the Goethe-Institute . The role involves assisting customers across international markets, ensuring clear communication, and delivering outstanding service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.
Handle complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex queries.
Monitor and meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between German-speaking customers and the company.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency :
German : Minimum
B2 level certified by Goethe-Institut
reading, writing, speaking, listening).
English : Professional proficiency (spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office.
