Key Responsibilities

• Define quality assurance strategies, create test plans, and oversee execution for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track and report quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes of issues.
• Manage offshore QA members (approx. 5–7), including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.
• Perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.
• Lead a small onsite QA team and ensure effective communication and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Scope of Testing

Work Environment

You’ll work in a global team with both onsite and offshore members, using English and Japanese for communication. Collaboration with engineers and other development roles is key to success.
