Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Ability to understand various documents related to sale agreement, sale deed, GPA, POA, Katha documents etc
Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
MS Office skills Excel , word Power point etc
Open to learn and work on AI powered tools to enhance customer experience
Follow up on outstanding payment.
Interact with financial institutions for documentation.
Additional Skills 1. Familiarity with regulations related to the industry / Department of Stamp Duty & Registration
To Liaison with departments like Account, Legal and Liasioning
Process customer accounts and file documents
Working on TAT
Other works assigned by the senior authorities
