Your main responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market share by identifying and pursuing profitable business opportunities within the new installations sector, focusing on elevators, escalators, and moving walks for various building types.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution, guaranteeing that installations meet high standards of product quality and service delivery in the field.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and building managers to align project specifications with customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with these key stakeholders to secure business and ensure project success.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of sales processes, contracts, and project specifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Interact regularly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to foster positive relationships and ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements.
- Exhibit strong teamwork by coordinating with colleagues and engineers to achieve optimal solutions and deliver exceptional service.
What you bring
Qualification: Degree/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics)
Professional Experience :
Min. 5 years of experience into project sales in the related industry
