The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring we deliver high quality DEX platform content, low-code solutions and integrations though consistent and reliable testing focused around the areas that provide the highest value.
As part of an Agile team, you will be an individual contributor working on manual and automated testing of our platform using tools like Playwright and JMeter. Your duties will include manual testing, automated functional testing, test data management and status reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests for DEX content, solutions, and integrations across Web, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Develop and maintain test cases for new functionality; run system, usability, regression, compatibility, and exploratory suites (with automation where appropriate).
- Partner with engineering to shape features for maximum testability and enable robust functional / automated testing.
- Contribute to test planning, development, execution, and run reporting throughout the lifecycle; support testing strategies and techniques.
- Identify, isolate, document, troubleshoot, and track defects.
- Communicate test results and quality risks to product and leadership stakeholders.
Requirements : Must-haves
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Familiarity with common testing tools (e.g., Playwright).1–2 years experience in software testing / quality assurance.Working knowledge of professional testing practices across the SDLC.Hands-on manual testing experience; ability to design, implement, and maintain test cases.Scripting ability (PowerShell or JavaScript) and working knowledge of SQL.Strong attention to detail, with a passion for learning and innovative technologies.Excellent English communication skills; comfortable engaging with users, engineers, and managers.Nice-to-haves
Experience with virtual machines / hypervisors, Azure DevOps (ADO) build pipelines, and Azure environments.API testing experience (e.g., Postman) and comfort working with JSON.ISTQB certification.Exposure to AI-assisted test generation tools (e.g., Copilot).Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
