Elearning Program Director

Take the lead in delivering transformative education programs that span multiple regions and time zones. As an Elearning Program Director, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of these programs, ensuring timely launches, seamless operations, and high learner satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing program strategies, managing instructor and content operations, live delivery, and learner support. You will also be responsible for platform administration, localization, data analysis, and vendor / partner management.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong project management skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience working in diverse cultural contexts. Proficiency in LMS platforms and video conferencing tools is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading large-scale online education initiatives, a proven track record of delivering successful programs, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a remote-first opportunity with regular overlap required with at least two regions. Occasional travel may be necessary for summits or partner events.
