ServiceNow Developer
Experience Required : 4–6 Years
Location : Remote
Shift : 2 PM – 11 PM
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules .
- Strong understanding of workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JSON authoring and working with structured data.
- Solid SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to design realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.
- Experience with AI model training workflows , including structured training data creation.
- Strong prompt engineering abilities for crafting effective instructions.
- Excellent analytical thinking, logical structuring, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills; customer-facing experience is a plus .
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) .Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) .Any one of the following :CIS-CSM , orCIS-HRSDExposure to AI / ML workflows or training data preparation.Familiarity with Agile methodologies .Good knowledge of prompt engineering .
