Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Architect located in Borivali, Mumbai. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for landscape planning, design, landscaping, creating landscape architecture, and developing planting plans as part of their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of design concepts and solutions for landscape architectural projects.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including junior landscape architects, designers, and consultants.
• Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and review landscape drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on plant materials, sustainable practices, and construction techniques.
• Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development

Qualifications

Landscape Planning and Landscape Design skills

Experience in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture

Proficiency in creating Planting Plans

Strong attention to detail in design and execution

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

Knowledge of sustainable landscape practices is a plus
