Krityam Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Growth Intern to join our team for a 3-month on-site internship. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to gain practical experience in research, marketing, and business development while working directly with the founding team.

The internship is on-site (10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday to Saturday) at our Mumbai office (Sakinaka, Andheri) . The stipend offered is ₹5,000 per month .

Responsibilities

Research and propose strategies to help scale Krityam's services and operations
Gather data on potential clients and maintain organized lead databases
Identify events, conferences, and networking opportunities relevant to Krityam
Monitor LinkedIn for opportunities, requirements, and collaborations
Manage and update Krityam's profiles on Upwork and other freelance platforms

Qualifications

Strong research and analytical skills

Interest in business growth, marketing, and client acquisition

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Comfortable handling both management-level tasks and small execution activities

Prior exposure to marketing research or freelance platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

Duration & Stipend

Duration : 3 months (renewed monthly based on performance)

Stipend : ₹5,000 per month (first month fixed, continued upon performance review)

Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (On-site, Monday to Friday, Saturday Work from Home)

Location : Mumbai (Sakinaka, Andheri)
