We use accelerators that save companies up to 80% of time and money moving data from legacy platforms to Databricks. We help customers find margins of improvement in everything they do, which when aggregated creates a transformative effect on their business.

We are a nimble and rapidly growing company with a global footprint, and a focus on Data & AI, and Financial Crime Prevention solutions. We have built an impressive depth of Data & AI experts with over 40 trained and certified Databricks professionals; experts in BI / Dashboarding tools such as PowerBI and Tableau; and experts in financial crime and fraud prevention.

The Role

Senior Project Managers

with experience working on Big Data and SaaS projects to join our growing team and help us build one of the most impactful Big Data practices in the industry!

This position requires well-rounded individuals who focus on details, thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to cultivate collaborative working relationships, can communicate effectively with executives and drive projects to completion.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the big data landscape at leading Fortune 500 companies and cutting-edge startups. You will work on the industry’s most challenging customer engagements to solve big data problems using leading cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP, Apache Spark and Databricks.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading experts in the data and AI industry, manage complex data migration projects and help develop data and AI best practices and thought leadership.

You will join a team of experts with the autonomy and flexibility to make quick decisions, forge your own paths and adapt to the changing market and customers’ needs.

What you will be doing :

Project / Program Management

Take ownership of all commercial delivery of services from a project administration and director perspective across numerous concurrent projects

Capable of overseeing multiple concurrent projects and modifying management approaches depending on project size and duration

Projects may range from a single individual for 2-3 weeks to 6 month engagements of multi-person teams

Execute and enforce Project reporting and milestone tracking

Work closely with the account management teams to manage handover from sales to delivery team

Work closely with the account management team to ensure accurate reporting on projects and keeping all relevant parties up to date with project activity and success

Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.

Practice Accounting

Take ownership of margin and revenue targets for projects

Timely billing, timesheet approval

Timesheet and expenses reconciliation

Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all projects under his / her direction.

Manages to and achieves revenue goals set for projects

Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects

Sets expectations upward regarding revenue and profitability projection.
