Inneractive makes wellness accessible and useful to the world through feedback technology . Truey builds AI‑powered web applications. You’ll partner directly with the CEO across both orgs to ship internal tools, platforms, and select customer‑facing experiences—end‑to‑end, fast, and with high craftsmanship.

The Role Own the stack from frontend to backend to infrastructure . You’ll turn ambiguous ideas into working software : dashboards, internal ops tools, data / feedback systems, and a handful of external apps. You’ll set direction, make architectural calls, and use AI‑assisted development (Copilot / Cursor, OpenAI APIs) to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do Design and implement full‑stack features (UX → API → data → deploy) with clear architecture and maintainable boundaries.

Fluency with AI‑augmented development and integrating model capabilities where they add leverage.
