What You Should Know About This Job

This role needs to find consumer needs and trends by leading user and product researches in India. Also, it's required for this position to provide risks and product suggestions based on the full of understanding of market competition, new technology trends and users' unmet needs.

Location :

Based in Shenzhen, Frequent business trip to India and overseas countries.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare analysis and interpret analytical results from multiple sources through pre-launching and after-launching research.

2. Continually develop processes and methodologies, ensuring the ongoing accuracy and effectiveness of outputs.

3. Contributes to or may lead on small and medium-sized projects in consultation with other staff.

4. Consumer mapping and target audience research : Deepen the consumer profiles of each brand or product series, identify the needs and changing trends of target users, and identify potential opportunity groups.

5. Collaborate with the product line and R&D to lead the implementation of regular product project research to ensure execution quality : new product appearance research, comprehensive competitiveness research, etc.

6. Undertake consumer research projects as required, such as memory usage and purchase considerations research, a series of product concept and functional point tests, video shooting scene pain point research, and a product marketing effect evaluation.

7. Take the lead in other consumer data analysis and research as needed.

Knowledge :

1. Various methodologies of user and product research.

2. Experience of using modern IT applications and big data analysis tool

3. Experience of writing market reports or similar publications is desirable.

4. Broad understanding of IT technology, consumer trends and purchasing habits

5. Interest in the consumer market in both online and offline.

Minimum qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Economics / Sociology / Design or equivalent experiences.

2. 5+ years of experience in market analysis / user research / product management / strategy or similar roles.

3. Fluent in English and Chinese

4. No limitation to travel to India and overseas countries (Below nationalities are preferred : India, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan)
