Lead Engineer - Conversational AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, Conversational AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) or RAG-based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of intelligent AI-driven conversational platforms, ensuring scalable and high-performing backend :

• Lead end-to-end design and development of AI-driven conversational applications and platforms.
• Architect, develop, and optimize backend systems using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Integrate Conversational AI, LLM, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) components into production-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI / ML engineers, front-end developers, and product owners, to deliver scalable and reliable features.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for the engineering team.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI, NLP, and backend architecture to drive continuous :
• 10 to 15 years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and MongoDB.
• Proven expertise in Conversational AI, Chatbots, and GenAI frameworks.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.) or RAG-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments Strong problem-solving and system design skills with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
