Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Hyderabad. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, advising on legal matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, managing legal risks, and providing legal support to various departments within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage legal risks and provide sound legal advice
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, and membership in the relevant Bar Association
• Experience working in the corporate sector is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
