Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) hiring. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, leading a team, and driving strategic hiring initiatives to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for EPC and related technical functions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across engineering, project management, procurement, and construction domains.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a recruitment team , ensuring delivery excellence and timely closures.
- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Manage and build strong relationships with vendors, recruitment partners, and consultants to ensure seamless coordination.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive initiatives for employer branding, talent mapping, and pipeline development for critical roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
MBA in Human Resources / Management from a recognized institute.Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , preferably within the EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure industry.Strong exposure to mass hiring, niche technical hiring , and leadership hiring .Proven expertise in team management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination .Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in ATS systems, job portals, and social media recruiting tools .Preferred Industry : EPC / Infrastructure / Oil & Gas / Engineering Projects
