About the Role
We are launching a new Healthcare vertical focused on clinical data management, analytics, interoperability, and digital trials . To help lead this growth, we are seeking a Director of Healthcare Product s Solutions to act as a Strategic Leadership Partner to the BU Head.
This is a high-impact role that combines product strategy, solution leadership, and domain expertise with strong customer engagement responsibilities . The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping offerings, engaging clients, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep US healthcare experience , an understanding of clinica ldata and regulatory requirements , and the ability to translate visioninto scalable productsand solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customers Market Leadership
- Act as a seniorclient-facing leader : explainour expertise, presentsolutions, and build trusted relationships.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand needs and align solutions to business challenges.
- Conduct deep research into healthcare domains,companies, and marketopportunities to guide strategic focus.
- Partner with sales on pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and account growth.
- Collaborate with pre-salesteams to design responsesto RFIs and RFPs.
Product s SolutionStrategy
Define and evolve productand solution offerings across providers, payors,CROs, and health IT.Lead solutioning efforts, workingwith architects and delivery teamsto design scalable, compliant solutions.Identify and implement solution accelerators that drive efficiency and repeatability.Explore opportunities for the productization of solutions into reusable platforms.Champion AI / ML in healthcare , integrating innovative technologies into offerings.Operationals Delivery Alignmen t
Work closely with the delivery head to ensure solutions are implemented as defined and aligned with client requirements.Monitor delivery performance and BU-level execution against defined priorities.Provide training and knowledge enablement for internal teams to strengthen healthcare and solution expertise.Act as a connectoracross sales, pre-sales, product, and deliveryteams to ensure seamless execution.Domain Leaderships Compliance
Serve as a subjectmatter expert (SME)in US healthcare, with a strong focus on clinical data registries, analytics, and interoperability .Build expertise in data-driven healthcare solutions, especially where clinical and operational data are key to outcomes.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, HiTrust,FedRAMP, and FDA (where applicable) .Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts to guide product and solution evolution.Qualifications
12–15 years of experience in health care product management, solutioning, or consulting , with strong exposure to US healthcare.Proven success in engaging with C-suite customers and leading solution discussions.Deep expertise in clinical data management, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, SMART), and healthcare analytics.Hands-on experience applying AI / ML in healthcare with practical business impact.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks : HIPAA, HiTrust, FedRAMP .Track record of cross-functional leadership across sales, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams .Excellent leadership, communication, and team enablement skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build offerings, and drive productization
