Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Creative Design Intern, based in Mumbai. The intern will engage in tasks related to graphic design, motion graphics, UI / UX design, and 3D design. Responsibilities include brainstorming and creating innovative graphic assets, designing user interfaces for digital platforms, developing captivating motion graphics, and contributing to branding and creative strategies. The role demands effective collaboration with team members and clear communication to refine and execute design concepts.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Strong creativity with the ability to generate original, visually compelling designs across static, motion, and interactive formats.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with creative leads, copywriters, and the marketing team.

Understanding of creative strategy & branding principles, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Basic to strong writing ability to craft clear and engaging copy for graphics, layouts, and multimedia content.

Proficiency with design software, including :

Graphic Design : Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva

UI / UX : Figma

Motion Graphics & Video Editing : After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve

3D & Animation : Blender

Awareness of digital marketing trends, social media formats, and best practices for platform-specific creative execution.

Education & Technical Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Media, Visual Arts, Animation, IT, or related fields.
