Job Description

Collaborate with the team on the design process from concept exploration to implementation

Use modern design tools and workflows, including emerging AI-assisted solutions, to speed up ideation and prototyping

Translate both qualitative and quantitative data insights into actionable design decisions

Execute on the product you design from start to finish

Present and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus around concepts

Work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other UI / UX designers

Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth design implementation

Proven UI or visual design experience, with a portfolio showcasing human-centered design principles

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new features, with an openness to adaptive and personalized experiences

Proficient in

Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

Experience in creating and managing design assets for multi-platform products

Comfortable experimenting with new design technologies, including AI-based usability testing and research tools

Ownership mindset to manage projects and meet deliverables on time

Strong structural design thinking skills
