QA Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated QA Lead with over 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the QA team in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

Ensure the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing processes.

Guide and mentor team members in best practices for manual and automated testing.

Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium , TestNG , and JUnit to enhance testing efficiency.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 6 years in QA with a focus on Manual and Automation Testing.

Testing Tools : Strong knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium , TestNG , and JUnit .

Leadership : Proven ability to lead and guide a QA team.

Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Skills

Familiarity with various testing methodologies and practices.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
