Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inward Quality Control Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the inspection and approval of incoming materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, maintaining detailed quality records, and providing supervision to the quality control team. Additionally, the supervisor will conduct routine assessments to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and address quality concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage teams and tasks effectively.
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain and improve product and material standards.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills for testing, inspection, and reporting quality metrics.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations will be advantageous.
