Deputy Zonal Receivable Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Zonal Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in receivables management.

Roles and Responsibility :

• Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve receivables management and reduce delinquencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
• Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
