We are a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company delivering quality and value-driven services across industries. We’re expanding our General Insurance Sales team and looking for passionate and ambitious professionals to join us at our Bengaluru office.

Position : Sales Executive (General Insurance)

Location : 4th Floor, Novel Tech Park, 46 / 4, Hosur Road, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru – 560068

Shift : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM (General Shift)

Week Off : Sunday Fixed

Responsibilities :

• Handle B2B sales for general insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Explain insurance plans and help customers choose the right one.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales.

Requirements :

✅ Graduate (any stream)

✅ Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience

✅ Fluent in any one language : Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam

✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills

✅ Self-motivated and target-driven

What We Offer :

Salary : ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 per month
