We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant who can design itineraries, manage end-to-end holiday operations, and convert leads into successful bookings while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sell and manage domestic and international travel packages.
- Create customized itineraries based on client budgets and preferences.
- Handle client queries via calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Arrange hotels, transfers, tours, flights, and attractions.
- Manage complete B2C holiday operations and online portal activities.
- Assist clients with visa, passport, and travel regulations.
- Support clients during travel and manage last-minute itinerary changes.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers (hotels, tour operators, and transport vendors).
- Stay updated on travel trends, events, and industry changes.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-6 Years
- Strong communication, sales, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in itinerary creation, costing, and package sales.
- Knowledge of destinations: Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Goa, Bhutan, Ladakh, Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Maldives, Seychelles, Europe, South Africa, Mauritius, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
- Understanding of travel regulations, hotel operations, tours, and transfers.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Prior experience with a travel agency/OTA is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years as a travel consultant in the tourism industry.
- Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving ability.
