Role Overview :

We are seeking process-driven professionals with extensive hands-on experience in Retail Operations, Store Management, or Omnichannel Fulfillment. This specialized role supports the development and benchmarking of Large Language Models (LLMs) by designing and validating workflows that directly impact inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed (BOPIS / Ship-from-Store), in-store employee efficiency, and the seamless customer experience across all channels. The specialist will be crucial in recreating complex retail scenarios to validate AI outputs and ensure they enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What does day-to-day look like :

• Accurately map and recreate complex retail operational workflows, covering inventory management, order fulfillment (BOPIS / curbside), POS transactions, associate task management, and communication between the store and corporate / digital teams.
• Rigorously validate AI-generated outputs in operational scenarios, such as automated inventory lookup, store associate task assignments, customer support responses related to order status, and in-store procedural guidance, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Provide detailed, structured annotations and high-quality datasets derived from store operations, inventory logs, and associate interactions to continuously improve LLM training and evaluation for better retail execution and forecasting.
