Assistant Facility Manager - Technical Services
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Facility Manager Technical Services to support the efficient operation maintenance and management of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring all mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) HVAC fire protection and related systems function optimally and comply with health safety and environmental standards.
Job Description
About the role :
Assist in the daily operations of all technical services and building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety BMS etc.).
Supervise and coordinate with vendors technicians and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance.
Monitor and report on the performance of critical building systems.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards and assist in budgeting and cost control for technical maintenance and repairs.
Manage service requests and track resolutions using CAFM / CMMS systems (if available).
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations safety standards and company policies.
About you :
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical mechanical plumbing fire protection BMS).
Understanding of preventive maintenance planning and execution.
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
35 years of experience in facility management building operations or technical services.
