Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Associate will focus on identifying and acquiring potential clients, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, achieving defined sales targets, and preparing sales reports. The role will require effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to foster client relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct market research and develop strategic sales approaches.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment.
Prior experience in the financial services sector or similar industries is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
