Job Role : SFMC Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our team. As an SFMC specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign management, email marketing, automation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Validation and Quality Assurance : Identify and streamline manual and regression testing processes to ensure high-quality results.
- Campaign Operations and Audience Management : Assist in creating, segmenting, executing, and monitoring email marketing campaigns.
- Analysis and Troubleshooting : Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
