Role Overview :

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive who will manage and optimize affiliate marketing and third-party performance channels - including Pinterest, Snapchat, Programmatic, and Affiliate Networks - to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Affiliate & Third-Party Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and third-party networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Negotiate commission structures, media buying rates, and placements.
  • Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance to maximize ROI.

2. Performance Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Affiliates, Pinterest, Snapchat, OTT, and programmatic platforms.
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and campaign analytics.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA goals.
  • Test creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
  • 3. Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare daily trackers, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or affiliate management (preferably in e-commerce or D2C).
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, programmatic buying, and analytics tools (Google Analytics,AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Proficient in data interpretation, ROI analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good to Have :

  • Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of OTT advertising platforms (Hotstar Ads, YouTube, MX Player, etc.).
  • Familiarity with influencer-led affiliate programs and coupon / loyalty networks.
