Role Overview :

We are looking for an IoT Solutions Engineer (Internal Training & Onboarding) who will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for internal teams. The role focuses on enhancing the technical capabilities of engineers, customer success teams, and cross-functional departments by building a strong understanding of DATOMS products, IoT architecture, and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Training Curriculum : Design, create, and maintain a comprehensive library of technical training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, video tutorials, and technical documentation.
• Deliver Engaging Training : Lead and conduct workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions on the DATOMS platform, core IoT concepts (MQTT, Modbus), and best practices for implementation.
• Build a Learning Lab : Create and manage a hands-on training environment with relevant hardware (microcontrollers, sensors, gateways) and cloud configurations to facilitate practical, real-world learning.
• Become the Subject Matter Expert : Maintain an expert-level understanding of the DATOMS platform, from device firmware and communication protocols to our cloud architecture and data analytics features.
• Bridge Engineering and Business : Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to stay ahead of new features, translating complex technical updates into clear, concise, and accessible training content.
• Measure & Improve : Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine the content and delivery for maximum impact.
• Act as a Technical Mentor : Serve as a key technical resource for our internal teams, helping them solve problems and confidently articulate the value and functionality of our platform.
