Regional SAP EWM Specialist

Linfox WMS Team is a team of professionals consisting of technical and functional consultants, who are tasked with the design and implementation of warehouse applications across Asia Pacific region.

Working across a face-to-face level for requirements gathering as well as system design and development, technical and functional specification, system configuration, testing, training, implementation, and post implementation support.

The candidate will be involved in projects which include rollouts and fresh implementation of the warehouse management solutions for different customers in Asia.

Responsibilities :

Conduct WMS discovery workshops and business requirements gathering.

Review, analyse, and evaluate as-is business processes for EWM.

Designs to-be business processes for EWM based best practices.

Develop functional and technical specifications for all EWM requirements - customizations, configuration, interfaces, and reports.

End to end SAP EWM configuration and master data setup

Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP SD / MM.

Support UAT phase and fix issues

Support business users in delivery of end user training.

Go-live cutover activities and system stabilization after go-live.

Handling new requirements and delivering the CR’s on time

Provides optimal and cost effective EWM solutions to create value for customers.

Provides consultative services and continuous improvements to the WMS architecture and design.

Support testing during system patches and upgrades

Pre & post go live hyper care system support.

Support ECC Integration - SAP IDOC’s

End to End process mapping (SAP ECC SAP EWM TMS ePOD).

Error monitoring and troubleshooting.

Conduct SIT for systems integrating with EWM.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 to 5 years Functional EWM experience required.

SAP Certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum 2 End to End SAP EWM Implementation projects required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Proven ability and support records in operations.

Thorough understanding of the operations and can deliver business value.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to develop credibility with staff, clients, and senior leaders.

Proven track record of delivering on commitments.
