Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies, maintaining strong client relationships and driving customer success.
  • Work cross-functionally within the company, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth, client engagement, and revenue optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
  • Lead budgeting, risk assessment, and cost management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights to guide decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Conduct client visits and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and challenges.
  • Who We Are Looking For

  • Mandatory : Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in finance, account management, or CFO-level responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for business meetings and client engagements.
