We’re looking for a Recruiter who specializes in Operations hiring – someone who can identify and onboard ground-level and managerial talent for our solar projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hire for roles like Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Cluster Operations Managers, and State Operations Heads .
• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle large volumes of data and ensure smooth induction processes .
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver quality hires on time.
