Presales Consultant - Hardware

Location : Chennai (Preferred)

Experience : 4–6 Years (Minimum 3 years in relevant pre-sales role)

Languages : Tamil, English, and Hindi (mandatory)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with strong experience in server, storage, virtualization, backup, and cloud technologies . The ideal candidate will design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, support the sales team in customer engagements, and provide technical expertise during demos, PoCs, and partner enablement programs.

This is a field role involving travel across Tamil Nadu and Kerala to engage with partners, OEMs, and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and propose Server, Storage, and Virtualization (VDI) solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare Bills of Material (BoM) and technical documentation for proposed solutions.
• Conduct partner enablement sessions , discovery calls , and technical presentations .
• Perform demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and solution walkthroughs for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver optimized and cost-effective solutions.
• Engage with OEMs and technology partners (Supermicro, Dell, HP, Veeam, Commvault, etc.) for technical alignment and pricing.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in backup, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure all proposed solutions align with business objectives, scalability, and budget.
