Role : Salesforce Service Cloud

Duration : 6 months +

Remote

Shift Timing : 5.30 PM -2 30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B and Sales Cloud integration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience in managing technical scope and stakeholder expectations.
  • Exposure to integration of multiple technologies with Salesforce
