VP Operations – USA BPO / Outsourcing Services

You are currently working as a Director / VP of Operations for a high margin service business that can be easily replicated with a proven US Client Sales strategy and a service delivery team based in India. You are looking to work 100% remote, and have the opportunity to become a partner and have enough equity in the business that you can retire on, doing the same work but in a newly created business. You are an expert at the execution of the operations of your current business.

You will be primarily responsible for the Operations of a new USA service business, reporting to the Owner. An excellent communicator, a true leader, a strong team motivator with exceptional experience in your industry, focused on US Clients, then potential for Global later.

• This is for any niche services that can achieve excellent margins (where you are expert in the Operations side), know how to scale quickly, where YOU also have good knowledge of the successful Sales strategies used for the US Market with current / previous company. You may have an existing client base you can leverage and / or know the proven digital marketing strategies to obtain clients - such as SEO / AI / PPC / LINKEDIN / MAIL etc. A US based entrepreneur is looking to start / finance a company focused on selling these services to the US market.

Example businesses, but not limited to : Legal Outsourcing, Engineering Services, Healthcare BPO, Back-Office Operations, Accounting Outsourcing, IT Support and Maintenance, Software Development, AI etc. An office in India will be established to support this effort once it has been proven successful. Initially, systems such as Zoho or similar can be used to manage the operations / sales, then home grown after achieving company targets.
