Job Title : Senior Manager – US IT Recruitment

Work Hours : US Shift (EST / PST overlap)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – US IT Recruitment to lead and drive end-to-end IT recruitment for US operations for one of our major BPO Client in Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level US IT roles across various technologies and domains.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of US IT recruiters.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
  • Provide strategic direction on hiring priorities, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
  • Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and engaging team culture.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 12 years of overall experience, with expertise in US IT recruitment, including 2–4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requirements and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, VMS, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Exposure to services-based client environments.
  • Prior experience working with direct clients or large system integrators in the US.
