Manager – Senior Recruitment (RPO)
Location : Chengalpattu, Chennai
Work Schedule : 6 days a week
Experience Required : Minimum 12+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for the automotive client under the RPO model.
- Ensure 30–40 successful hires per month, meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and share regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, SLAs, and recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on trends and talent availability in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to RPO models.Proven track record of delivering high-volume hiring (30–40 hires per month).Strong understanding of automotive and manufacturing hiring dynamics.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Team management experience is required.
