Job Responsibilities :

Asset management of existing Fund

Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports to investment committee.

Tracking the project performance against the underwriting assumptions on a regular basis including updating the financial model and regular interactions with respective city teams

Preparation of approval papers for approval of Board

Inputs in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Support in raising the new Pvt Fund. - Preparation of financial models and presentations

Draft investment committee papers to present investment opportunities to the board and investment committee.

Preparation of management reports and board materials for presentation to the board and investment committee.

Skills & Qualifications :

CA / CFA / MBA in Finance

5-8 years of relevant experience

Ability to deliver, lead, excite / challenge and affirm / encourage to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Fluent communication - oral / written.

Positive Attitude and self-starter, leadership skills

Ability to take ownership, team player, problem Solving Skills

Good Presentation Skills, analytical skills, strong networking skills

Ability to work under pressure and time management.
