responsibilities will include :
1. Manage a set of venues in an area through a team of venue managers [people who manage
direct sales at venues]
2. Accountable for sales of these venues [through bookings]
3. Regular training of venue managers and accountable for their career growth
4. Maintain relationship with venue GM and owners
5. Review daily / weekly MIS on the venue and take appropriate actions
6. Meet with potential venue partners, and close deals to onboard new venues in their
geography
Required Skills :
1. Must have prior sales + business development experience, along with team management of
3+ years.
