Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thrissur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. The role also includes market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet business development targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in developing proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
