GPI is a global leader in pricing and market access solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Our data powers smarter decisions for pharma companies worldwide, helping them navigate complex pricing, reimbursement, regulatory, and HTA environments.

We are growing our Data team in Mumbai and are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our Data function. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

The Role :

  • As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to data collection, reporting, and analysis across both BAU and project tasks. Youll combine technical expertise with attention to detail, applying problem-solving skills to support process improvements and ensure GPIs data offering remains accurate and impactful.
  • Youll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, run automation workflows, respond to internal and external queries, and share knowledge with peers. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in pharmaceutical pricing and market access while contributing to meaningful data-driven solutions.

What Youll Do?

  • Deliver extraction, standardisation, and analysis of pharmaceutical data from various sources for project and BAU tasks
  • Prepare data reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and other visualisation tools
  • Use SQL queries to support client deliverables and internal analyses
  • Stay up to date with pricing changes, drug launches, healthcare reforms, and other industry developments
  • Perform quality assurance checks on your own work and support QA for tasks completed by others
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation (SOPs, processes, project records)
  • Contribute to process reviews and improvements within the data domain
  • Run automation workflows and partner with the automation team to develop new solutions
  • Support Associate Business Analysts through mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Resolve internal and external data queries quickly and provide timely stakeholder updates

    • What Were Looking For :

  • 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical pricing & market access
  • Degree in Life Sciences / Pharma (B. Pharma / M. Pharma) or related fields; MBA preferred (pharma background advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory assessments across major markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and functional SQL skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy
