Marketing Program Manager

At  Solarsure , we're driving India's clean energy revolution through trust, transparency, and technology. As the  Program Manager (Marketing) , you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing programs that generate leads, build brand awareness, and ensure consistent communication across all channels. You'll coordinate between strategy, creative, content, and digital teams — ensuring every marketing initiative delivers measurable impact and supports our business goals in  PM-KUSUM, C&I Solar, and Open Access segments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and monitor  multi-channel marketing programs  (digital, offline, events, and partnerships).
• Lead the  campaign calendar , ensuring timely delivery of creatives, content, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for  lead generation campaigns , exhibitions, and branding activities.
• Manage  project timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs  across all marketing functions.
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to ensure  consistent brand voice and messaging .
• Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and prepare  weekly and monthly performance dashboards .
• Build automation and process efficiency in  CRM, WhatsApp, and lead tracking systems .
• Drive cross-functional communication between  sales, operations, and marketing teams .
• Support leadership in strategic initiatives such as  new market launches, product positioning, and event participation .
