Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain HCM technical components : HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports .
  • Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules.
  • Build interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot payroll / HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

Skills Required :

  • Strong technical knowledge : HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP .
  • Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM.
  • Understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.
  • SQL / PLSQL knowledge and ability to analyze HR / payroll data.
