Skill Set :

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for managing overall infrastructure day to day operations

2. Provide leadership in planning and managing IT operations, systems / server administration and network operations

3. Ensure team performance and see that SLA's are met

4. Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands

5. Implement IT continuous improvement programs

6. Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved

7. Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers

8. Provision in close cooperation with third party service provider an IT infrastructure that is suitable for the group to access and use their business applications

9. Interface with business managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness

10. Participate in IT strategy planning activities

11. Develop the reporting for vendor performance that includes quality, capacity, systems and responsiveness

12. Participate in defining processes of maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, vulnerabilities, and security configuration

13. Participate in design, implementation end-to-end administration of cloud infrastructure

14. Perform routine operations, ensuring maximum system availability through close monitoring of network systems, system events, communication links to other systems, storage area connectivity and periodic review of system resources, including CPU utilization, disk usage, memory pools, etc.
