Job Title : Senior Microservices Developer

Experience Required : 5 to 7 Years

Location : Remote / Hybrid

Working hours : 7 PM to 4 AM IST

Contract Details :

Duration : 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)

Engagement Type : Contract - Full time

Start Date : Immediate

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Microservices Developer to join our engineering team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing, and implementing scalable microservices, and ensuring seamless data flow and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand and analyze business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Build and maintain APIs and data flow between distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps.
Optimize microservice performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

Strong experience in Data flows using Apache beam.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or any container orchestration tools is a plus.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Exposure to message queues.

Basic understanding of database design (SQL / NoSQL).
