Designation : Assistant Manager HR
Reporting to : Director
Location : Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon
Experience : 2 to 4 years in HR
Salary Offered : INR 4.00 to 6.50 Lacs Per Annum

The incumbent will work very closely with the senior team at KNR and oversee the entire HR Function for KNR.
The ideal incumbent should have exposure to HR Operations and Talent acquisition across the industries. You should be experienced in various aspects of HR. You should have experience in communicating with very senior people (both written and verbal) and therefore have excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and recruiting of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new Joiners
- Assess training needs to train, counsel and coach the employees
- Cultivate and develop a healthy working culture within the org.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Involve in candidate assessment, screening and profiling of the relevant profiles for the respective roles.
- Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.
