Manager Production QMS

Experience : 13 - 18 years

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage Manufacturing Operations : Lead and supervise all activities in the manufacturing section to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Production Planning & Execution : Plan and execute manufacturing schedules in coordination with Project Management and Supply Chain teams.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), quality standards, and documentation practices.
• Continuous Improvement & CAPA : Review and approve process deviations, non-conformances, and corrective / preventive actions in coordination with QA.
• Training & Team Development : Conduct training on standard operating procedures and promote a strong quality and safety culture within the team.
