Job descriptionStrong knowledge of accounting principles, GST Filling, TDS, Indian taxation and MS Excel. Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Professional email / phone etiquette. Prior experience in travel agency / service industry accounts. Knowledge of Zoho Books invoicing tools. Familiarity with LLP accounting, e-invoicing, or payroll systems. Are process-driven, deadline-oriented, and meticulous with numbers. Can work independently while supporting the management team. Are eager to grow with a young, ambitious travel startup. Exposure to end-to-end finance in a growing travel company. What you’ll do
- Maintain day-to-day accounting (entries, reconciliations, petty cash, accounts payable / receivable).
- Prepare GST / TDS workings, invoices, receipts, and vendor / client payments.
- Assist in payroll processing, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, statements, and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial trackers, MIS reports, and assist in monthly / quarterly closing.
- Support management with budgeting, expense monitoring, and audit preparation.
